Canton Play by Play Classic returns to Canton Memorial Civic Center

CANTON, Ohio--Play by Play Classic is back in Canton Tuesday, Feb. 18 for three big games starting at 5 p.m. from the Canton Memorial Civic Center.
The number one player in the country Darryn Peterson of Prolific Prep, a homecoming of sorts as he has roots in the Canton area, will be featured in the nightcap game of the event vs. Akron St. Vincent St. Mary (10-11).
Additional games will be Canton Glenoak (10-10) vs. Lutheran East (15-4) with a 5 p.m. tip-off, Lutheran East has the services of another top ranked player in T.J. Crumble the 6'8 big man who has multiple big school offers as a junior, who just also eclipsed the 1000 point mark.
The Jackson Polar Bears (17-3) who took share of the Federal League title will take on Akron Buchtel Griffins (15-6) in a 6:45 showdown, Buchtel is having a solid year led by Head Coach Rayshon Dent who has a state title under his leadership.
