MINERVA, Ohio--Minerva football will be on the hunt for another coach as Tim Speakman has resigned his position as Head Football Coach, according to reports he wanted to spend more time with his family.
For three seasons he has compiled a 1-29 record as the Lions leader, securing his first and only win in week 5 of this season against St. Thomas Aquinas 16-7.

According to the school district the job will be posted effective Dec. 3 through Dec. 9, all interested applicants must complete the application on the district website.
