CLEVELAND HTS, Ohio--The coaching carousel has begun as multiple coaches have either resigned or have been let go as the 2024 season ends.

Mac Stephens has resigned as head man of Heights football as announced via 'X' formally known as Twitter.

According to Heights Athletic Director Joe D'Amato, Stephens submitted his resignation immediately today having been leading the program for 10 years, his reasoning is to pursue new challenges.

"This was a very tough decision moving forward," said Stephens. "I think part of it was looking for a new challenge." according to Cleveland.com sports reporter Matt Goul.

Stephens began his coaching for the Tigers in March of 2015, compiling a 71-35 record with five playoff appearances, four of them in the last four years.
