RICHMOND HEIGHTS, OH--Richmond Heights state champion and four-star guard Dorian Jones lands with the Buckeyes, officially signing Monday after making a verbal back in July to stay at home to start his college career, being the first signee of 2025.

Jones is the second-highest ranked player in the state of Ohio in 2025, he is predicted to be a high level scorer who can defend multiple positions due to his wingspan.

"I always knew this is where I wanted to be," said Jones.

Jones will be joining fellow Ohioan, Garfield Heights class of 2026 guard Marcus Johnson who has already committed to Diebler and the Buckeyes makes that a lethal backcourt.

According to Eleven Warriors Diebler is seeking the services of Jerry Easter a Toledo, Ohio Native playing at Link Academy in Branson, Missouri regarded as another top 2025 combo guard standing at 6'5 with a long list of onlookers.

Diebler seems to have a strong hold on home grown talent, he seems to have strong relationships with the Northeast Ohio area.
