COLUMBUS, Ohio--The Ohio High School Athletic Association has announced that boys and girls basketball postseason play will return to the Taft Coliseum on the grounds of the Ohio Expo Center this coming February and March via Doug Ute Executive Director of the OHSAA.
Those games will be your district and regional contest after a 10-year hiatus, those would be your district and regional games as the state finals will still be played at the University of Dayton Arena per press release.
"We have been working with the Expo Center for quite a while and are so excited to make this announcement," said Doug Ute Executive Director of the OHSAA.

The multi-purpose facility on the grounds of the Ohio State Fairgrounds hosted tournament games as far back as the 1920's to the 1950's so this all familiar to the OHSAA.
"We are thankful for this great partnership with the OHSAA," said Adam Heffron Executive Director of Ohio Expo Center and State Fairgrounds. "The Taft Coliseum is the perfect historic location to host postseason games, and we cannot wait to welcome players, coaches, families, and fans back to the fairgrounds for years to come."
The venue is a 5,000 seat arena and beginning February 17 the OHSAA will place selected boys and girls district and regional games with the possibility of hosting state semi-finals games also.
