Ohio Mr. Football finalists announced

COLUMBUS, Ohio--The OHSAA has announced the finalist for Mr. Football.
OPSMA membership voting ends at noon Monday Dec. 2.
Winner announced at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5.

Scotty Fox, Mentor, QB, 6-2, 215, Sr.

Fox led Mentor to a undefeated regular season and the Greater Cleveland Conference Championship, he also was the Northeast Lakes District Offensive Player of the Year finishing the season with 2,170 yards and 28 TDs with six interceptions. He is a West Virginia commit.

Nolan Good, Avon, QB, 6-2, 200, Sr.

Good guided Avon to an undefeated regular season and Southwestern Conference Championship a ninth straight for Avon. Nolan passed for 2,375 yards and 23 TDs with six interceptions, he added 353 yards rushing with five TDs on 37 carries. He is a Kent State commit.

Grady Kinsey, Gnadenhutten Indian Valley, RB, 5-9, 197, Jr.

Kinsey help guide the Braves to an undefeated regular season rushing for 2,347 yards and 33 TDs on 178 attempts. He also is a platoon player helping the defense 56 tackles for over 250 tackles for his high school career. Kinsey has interest from Toledo according to 247sports.

Andrew Leonard, Olentangy Liberty, QB, 5-10, 180, Sr.

Leonard finished the regular season passing for 1,982 yards and 28 TDs with 4 interceptions, rushing for 505 yards on 104 carries and 4 TDs for the Central Division Offensive Player of the Year. He helped lead Olentangy to an 8-2 record. Leonard has interest from small Division I schools such as Valparaiso, Morehead State.

Bodpegn Miller, Ontario, QB, 6-4, 190, Sr.

Miller is an adopted kid from Ethiopia, really fascinating athlete he is at QB he passed for 2,216 yards and 20 TDs. At running back he amassed 1,988 yards rushing and 21 TDs, at punter he had 18 punts for 644 yards and on defense 41 tackles, 3 tackle for loss, 1 sack, and 3 interceptions, 17 touchbacks for kickoffs for the Division IV Northwest District Co-Offensive Player of the Year and Ohio State commit.

Keller Moten, Walsh Jesuit, QB, 5-11, 185, Sr.

Keller is a dynamic dual-threat compact athlete through 13 games he passed for 1,645 yards 17 TDs with 4 interceptions. Rushing the ball he amassed 1,209 yards with 22 TDs on 127 carries. He has multiple offers and interest one in particular is a preferred walk-on offer from the Ohio State University.  He led Walsh Jesuit to a 13-1 record. 

Matt Ponatoski, Cincinnati Moeller, QB, 6-1, 195, Jr.

This kid has a booming arm throwing for 3,644 yards and 50 TDs and two interceptions for the Southwest District Division I Player of the Year and GCL Offensive Player of the Year. He tied Moeller single-game record with six TD passes against St. Xavier this season. Matt has six offers according to 247sports.

Tavien St. Clair, Bellefontaine, QB, 6-4, 228, Sr.

Tavien is the Consensus No. 1 senior prospect in Ohio and a top senior prospect nationally. His passing stats for senior season is 2,536 yards with 29 TDs and nine TDs. He is two-time Southwest District Division III Offensive Player of the Year and three-time Central Buckeye Conference Offensive Player of the Year.
