NCAA transfer portal heating up, Austin Knowles announces his transfer

ERIE, PA--Former speedy and athletic Medina wide receiver Austin Knowles has announced he will be entering transfer portal from Gannon University via social media.

The transfer portal officially opens Dec. 9, Knowles also coined the nickname 'Cheat Code' has four years of eligibility remaining for the former 2-time All-Ohio receiver who amassed 1,786 yards and 23 TDs during the 2022-23 seasons.

Knowles gave no comment on the reason for his departure, there were no stats available on Gannon athletic webpage.

The winter transfer portal window for college football is Dec 9-28, 2024, with the spring window being April 16-25, we will more than likely see a few familiar student athletes requesting transfers.
