Canton, OH- In the second of two games Friday evening at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium the Pride of Nebraska defeated West Palm Beach to hoist the WFA Division II National Championship.

Peterson was asked how this moment feels, "Yeah it feels amazing, I'm so proud of my team and teammates, coaches everybody it's awesome," said Peterson.

Nebraska QB Brittany Mayer looked fantastic the better portion of the game tossing a couple touchdown passes and managing the game.

"She was throwing dots wasn't she today ohh my goodness," said Peterson. "She had a great game, credit to our offensive line Mayer had so much time back there."
