MASSILLON, OH- Massillon has acquired the services of heavily recruited corner back Demari Clemons of Bennett High School located in Buffalo, New York, in a surprising move with less than 60 days before the start of the 2024 campaign.
Clemons is regarded as one of the top corner backs in the nation fielding offers from powerhouse universities such as Michigan, Michigan State and Penn State just to name a few according to 247sports.com, a hefty addition to the Tigers secondary.

"My family and I are extremely excited to be joining a community that is buoyed by rich tradition and culture and boast one of the most historic football institutions in the country," said Clemons in his press release via 'X'.
Clemons a 5'11 160 pound class of '26 defensive back brings good depth to the Tigers secondary with the departures of Adonis Vaughn, Kyler Wiggins and Zachary Liebler and the return of underclassmen Lennix Lemon and Daylan Pringle this could put a damper on a lot of offenses looking to take the top off of the Massillon defense.
