TOLEDO, OH- Ali Beydoun an incoming sophomore quarterback for Toledo Central Catholic high school is turning some heads heading into the season. Toledo Central Catholic has won back-to-back state football titles in two different divisions '22 and '23 respectively.
Beydoun is regarded as a dual threat style QB, from all reports his speed and agility makes him a defensive nightmare standing 6' and 180 lbs.

Coming into the season Beydoun has his sights set on some individual and team goals, "Win the starting QB1 position, continue our 31 game win streak to a 3rd straight state championship," said Beydoun.
Last season he started every junior varsity game as a freshman, pretty good sign this kid has what it takes to become a starter on varsity or at best compete for some time as a sophomore especially when asked how hard has he been working in the off season, "Extremely hard" he stated. You can see the work he is putting in.

His off-season work includes the school's weightlifting and conditioning program, individual speed workouts with his speed trainer Brandon Thornton, arm maintenance program with quarterback science and individual QB coaching sessions in person and remote with LockedIn QB.
Truly as a sophomore you want to get your name out there so camps are a solid way to get on some coaches and scouts radar's and especially social media when done the right way.
"So far I've been to Penn State camp and Eastern Michigan camp, I would call both a success," he said to Ohsfbmedia. "I really connected with Danny O'Brien Penn State QB coach," he further explained.
In the short Ali knows he is in a open competition coming into the season for the starting QB position which should help him understand nothing is given it's earned.
Ali is the son of former Toledo defensive lineman Sameer Beydoun but carried a different last name in his college days going by Sameer Hamood.
