CLEVELAND, OH- Playing for a National Championship in any sport at the collegiate level is an accomplishment within itself, for Wayne Huber Heights alum junior Bree Hall, she has been in that mix a couple years in a row helping this year's team by contributing 7 points on 18 minutes of play.
Sunday, she and the Dawn Staley led South Carolina Gamecocks to finish off a perfect season, going 38-0 and winning the coveted NCAA Women's National Championship over a very good Iowa Hawkeye team.

Hall was a freshman (2022) during the first run and eventual championship where they finished 35-2 and defeated the University of Connecticut to capture the title.
In high school she capped off a solid career by being selected for the McDonald's All-America team and winning the Ohio Ms. Basketball her senior year also was a Naismith All-America honorable mention.
The junior guard will more than likely come back for her senior year with a young group who played a significant role in capturing the Gamecocks third National Championship in seven years for the program.
