CANTON, OH- Former Akron St. Vincent St. Mary star player Sencire Harris has landed in Morgantown, WV after a season where he redshirted for the Fighting Illini of Illinois according to WVSports.com on "X" formally known as Twitter.
Coming out of St. Vincent St. Mary Harris was a 2 time OHSAA State Champion compiling a record for both state title teams at 48-6 for the already storied program behind the leadership of head Coach Dru Joyce, he also was a nationally ranked player for such outlets as Rivals (#62), ESPN (#83) to name a few.

Harris's freshman year at Illinois showed promise playing in all 33 games starting 7 of them averaging a season total of 3.7 points and 2.1 rebounds.
The 6'4 guard officially took his college visit to West Virginia April 19-21, also per reports Harris stated the reason for the redshirt year at Illinois was to further develop his body for the college game according to WVsports.com.
