DAYTON, OH- Fort Loramie led the Diiv IV state title game without ever falling behind, leading the whole way due to stingy defense walk away with a 42-29 victory
Avery was special in this game keeping her poise and directing her team to a title leading in scoring and team on defense with the length it disrupted a lot of what Waterford was trying to execute during possession after possession.
Brandewie led all scorers on the floor with 17 pts including a buzzer shot at the end of the 3rd quarter that put the Redskins crowd in an uproar, "And I sold the timing and just shot it" said Avery
Her coach who has 25 years experience and three previous state titles told what this particular championship meant to them.
"I don't Coach for me this might be 4th for the program and her first (Avery), I'm so proud for them and they get to experience it." said Coach Carla Seigal. Speaking on how proud she was, "To go with a win your last game that's something you hold on to forever." She elaborated.

This is the fourth State title in the history of the program and it always says a lot about team culture and consistency it makes great programs.
