Snyder accomplished a ton being the signal caller for the Canton South Wildcats a team who before him did not accomplish being a conference champion before the last two years a span of 59 years, that all changed when Snyder took the helm.
Junior Season
Poochie did not disappoint in his junior year leading the Wildcats to a (9-4) season record, took share of the Pac-7 Championship appearing in 3 playoff games defeating Salem and Beaver Local eventually taking a loss to the Grant Hitchcock lead Jefferson Area team 49-35. The numbers speak for themselves over 3,000 yards passing and 1,000+ yards rushing, first team All-Ohio and OPSWA Div IV first team and much more.
Senior Season
May be one of the best seasons put together in recent times as Jack "Poochie" Snyder would lead a team full of talented teammates to the OHSAA Div. IV State Semi-final game after going (10-0) on the regular season, taking the out right PAC- 7 Conference Championship eventually loosing to the Div. IV 2023 State Champion Glenville Tarblooders 42-21 eventually finishing 14-1.
